Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nicely appointed with modern fittings but had an extremely comfortable bed, though smaller than expected at 140. The balcony was a nice touch, but the open bathroom with no ceiling was a downside. The service was good, offering dry cleaning, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The location was excellent, in the old palace with a large open area in front of it, right in the heart of town. However, there were some negatives that stood out.
